The Louisville Metro Police Foundation (LMPF) is made up of representatives from major corporations that raise funds for LMPD. These people are bankers, lawyers, CEO’s, realtors, millionaires, etc. These people have decided to build alliances between their companies and the police, rather than invest into Louisville. Thanks to them, LMPD continues to grow and militarize. LMPF has been silent as they watch police officers brutalize peaceful protesters. LMPF was silent when police officers killed Breonna Taylor.
